No tools needed. this is a good size for 2 kids, easy to put together, snap together but sturdy at the end. Took me about 3 hours to finish (and i was going slow). The instructions are very poor, but if you look closely at the pictures and put it together exactly like the pictures show you will have no problems. Only hard part was connecting the springs. you get two tools to pull springs takes a bit of strength at the end, follow the spring pattern exactly as you can and you can get it done.Happy kids!!! happy dad. took 3 boys under 15 and myself less than 2 hours to completely assemble.There’s a suggested tool for the springs when buying this trampoline that I ordered with it. But when the trampoline came with one so don’t bother buying the tool that pulled the springs. I put this together by myself. Took a bit longer than I expect it would if you had help. I ended up putting the mat on upside down. It has Velcro that has to face the right directing for the bumper guards. Had to redo all the springs because of my mistake. Took about 4 hours all together. The directions were really easy to follow. The quality seems really great. The box was so heavy I just rolled it into my garage until I was ready to put it together. It’s perfect for my daughter to play with. My only complaint right now is that she’s played more with the box it came in then the trampoline itself. But that’s not the manufacturers fault. ? The box is very sturdy and we ended up painting it so she could enjoy it too. So thanks for hours of extra fun for my daughter. She loves her trampoline and her “play house.” I’ll update later to say how it holds up through the COVID-19 quarantine and summer break.Edit: A year later and it still looks great. It's easy to move around the yard when it's time to mow. My daughter decided to cut the net off and use the tubes on the bars to play with so I can't really comment on how they hold up because I just don't know ??‍♀️It took us about an hour and a half with 3 adults putting this together. It came with the spring tool (which it didn't say in the description) and that was a huge time saver. It's perfect for our 6 yr old and another friend. We have experienced what others have said about the ties breaking and the mat flipping up from the outside to expose the springs. Not from the inside where the velcro meets. They are the pleather ties and they have almost all ripped in the 6 months we have had it. I am forever re-sewing them to the mat. Also, the zipper on the net both ripped and broke off the zipper. Mind you, we have 1 child and he is often alone in this, with supervision, so it's not like it's a free for all with 5 kids. I'm still rating it high though because I emailed them and heard right back. They have honored the warranty and are sending us a new net replacement. Fingers crossed that this one makes it longer. The net across the top is great this time of year because of all the leaves falling. Overall, it has been a lifesaver during these trying times when we can't go places to get our energy out.Love the design and style of this trampoline. It’s durable and the net makes it feel very safe. I just love how the net goes around the outside of the padding so it’s a tight fit. I also really enjoy how it comes with a ladder! No more mommy lifting kids up and down off of a trampoline! Another HUGE plus to this trampoline is that there’s a thin fiberglass bar that goes around the top of net and connects to the poles. I hated hearing the net blow in the wind with my former trampoline and now with this one I can sleep through the night in peace!!! This was one of my main reasons for choosing it.The cons of this is that the snap in bars don’t feel as sturdy as my former trampoline from Skywalker. Also the jumping pad is much more slick so you slip easily. The color blue is absolutely beautiful but it attracts bees which have been enjoying hanging out inside the net. Lastly, it doesn’t have as much of a bounce since the springs are smaller/tighter.There was a QR code on the code that directed me to the Youtube clip showing the entire install. This really gave me a lot of confidence in putting this together myself, as the box is predictably large and needs a couple of people to move into place. I suggest reviewing the video in detail and have it with you during install. It makes everything extremely clear such that I entirely skipped the instruction booklet.The packaging was thick and well padded. Each component was individually wrapped so there was no damage at all. There were a few bags marked spare parts but I didn't end up using any.Installation of the base was very straightforward and can be easily done by one person. The tough part of installing the springs. Per instruction, doing it in a diagonal way is the way to go. There is a very handy tool to allow pulling the spring into place. It does require a good amount of force, but nothing unreasonable. It is after all, all for safety.So far the trampoline has held up well. I am pretty impressed by the quality of the parts, many of them have good heft and also fit perfectly well with easy other there's no worry about tearing or bad install.And yes, it bounces well! That's the best part. And it makes it well worth it.The trampoline met -- or even exceeded -- our expectations. It's sturdy, well constructed and manufactured. The 12 ft version keeps our 2 year and 9 year old kids happy and it is big enough for them to jump around. However, the instructions for assembly are less than stellar, but you will figure it out. I think the seller will have to improve the paper and video instructions going forward.We increased our rating to 5 stars now after our initial issue have ben settled by Le Jump customer service. After a couple of hick ups during set up (the spring tool and zipper broke) we had a great experience with the costumer service. They were ultra responsive and sent us immediately a replacement safety net and addressed all other issues to our satisfaction.Very sturdy construction but the spring cover already has 2 tears in the seams. We only purchased this trampoline less than two months ago. Very disappointing for the price however when I contacted Customer Service they were great to deal with. My 13 year old daughter started putting it together and with a little help from me it was up and ready to go in about 2 hours. It is well constructed, quite springy, has quality pieces and my daughter is loving it. Would recommend this one from our experience.Trampoline is nicely build and sturdy. My daughters and their friends enjoying it very much. Easy to setup as well, but you definitely need 2 person to make it . At first, Amazon send half of the stuff in box and missed half of it. Initially i was really disappointed, When I contact Lejump team, they provide me wonderful customer service. They gave me nice discount and send me new trampoline along with basketball hoop.
