Honestly, I can't decide if these look like "old lady shoes" or not... and I really don't care. They are so incredibly comfortable it really doesn't matter.I was specifically looking for a shoe that I could slip on and wear with jeans, shorts, or even comfy, casual dresses. Because I have a condition called POTS, I am often (usually) wearing compression socks, so I wanted something that would look good both with or without socks, which is why I was drawn to this shoe, as it looked like a combination of a slip-on and a sneaker. And it really does look just fine with socks on! (Full disclosure, I'm a fashion-challenged 40-something, so maybe don't trust me on that?) They slip on and off easily, too, I never even have to get my hands involved!I typically wear either a size 7 or 7.5, and I went with the size 7 here and they fit perfectly. They might be a smidge too wide, but I've been told I have freakishly narrow feet, so take that with a grain of salt (and they're not wide enough that my feet are flopping around in there).
